Devote Consulting is looking for a Principal Consultant

Devote Consulting is looking to expand our team of consultants. We are searching for professionals with consultancy experience from the pharmaceutical industry experienced within clinical development, clinical operations processes, data or related fields within R&D.

• You have a proven track-record of delivering consultancy services to the life science industry 
• You have account management experience and thrive in managing business engagements 

• Supporting projects that deliver changes to the life science industry within processes, data and systems within R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs  
• Stakeholder management, project planning, organization change management and delivery of required compliance documentation for processes and systems  
• Coaching the way of consultancy excellence to (senior) consultants​ 
• Contributions to Devotes commercial pipeline through excellent operations of existing accounts and business development targeting to increase client engagements beyond our existing clients 

• +10 years of experience working as a consultant, business analyst, project manager or equivalent within regulated industries as Pharma, Biotech or MedTech 
• +5 years of experience with creating compliance documentation like SOPs or for system implementation 
• +5 years of experience with GxP system validation, agile delivery methods, use of Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, eSource, RBM, EDC, QMS, LIMS etc.) and medical devices 
• Proven track-record of delivering consultancy services to life sciences and managing accounts across multiple clients 
• Experience with working as a managing consultant, being responsible for a team of consultants and being project responsible.
