What You’ll Do

As a Principal Consultant at Devote Consulting, your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting projects: Deliver impactful changes to processes, data, and systems in the life sciences industry, focusing on R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs, while governing a team of consultants
• Stakeholder management: Lead project planning and contribute to organizational change management, and deliver compliance documentation for business processes and systems while navigating senior management leadership of our clients 
• Coaching and mentoring: Guide and support (senior) consultants in their professional development and consultancy excellence
• Business development: Contribute to Devote’s commercial pipeline by managing existing accounts and expanding client engagements beyond our current base

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, project manager, or similar role within regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech
• 5+ years of experience creating compliance documentation, including SOPs or for system implementation
• 5+ years of experience in GxP system validation, agile delivery methods, and using Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, eSource, RBM, EDC, QMS, LIMS, etc.) and medical devices
• A proven track record of delivering consultancy services to life science clients and managing multiple client accounts
• Experience working as a managing leader, responsible for a team of consultants and overseeing project delivery
